Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a product opening video without any cuts or pauses is required to confirm the condition of the returned item.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping for eligible items is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label upon authorization of your return.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged securely for return shipping. Twinkle Kids Shoes is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
